How it started.
Most people are told what to drink. Few are taught how to decide.
There is no universal best water or a filter that suits everyone.
The right answer starts with understanding your water, your home, and how you actually live, not with a product recommendation from an ad.
The Studio bridges water science and daily practice. We work with you on the decisions most people make once, badly, and then unconciously live with: filtration that doesn't fit the space and habits built on hydration advice that was never designed for them.
Poor water design costs money, energy and leaves you dehydrated. It’s time to reset your rituals and hydrate on a cellular level.

For those who want to design their water from the ground up. Filtration, sourcing, and system, built around how you live.
Why it started.
Clouds has spent years researching water. Two questions followed her everywhere: What is the best water to drink? And: which filter should I buy?
Reasonable questions. But she noticed something underneath them: a deeper confusion that no filter recommendation could fix. People were drinking more than ever, buying more products than ever, and still feeling foggy, dry, and not quite right. The more water they consumed, the less hydrated they seemed to be. The frame was wrong.
Hydration was being treated as a beverage problem. But cellular hydration is not a beverage metric. It is a mindset. It is what you eat, how you move, what touches your skin, what your water actually contains, and whether any of it was ever chosen intentionally. Nobody was having that conversation. So Clouds started it.
She founded The Hydration Studio to do two things.
For individuals: to replace the noise with clarity. To help people understand their water and make confident decisions about it.
For hospitality: to reframe water as a design element rather than a utility. Water is the most frequent touchpoint in a guest's stay. Most properties have never designed it intentionally. The Studio works with hotels and hospitality spaces to build water journeys that guests notice, remember, and return for, because the details that are most often overlooked are the ones that matter most.
FAQs

There is no universal “best” water.
In principle, clean, naturally mineralised water at source is the reference point. That is how water exists in nature, structured by geology, not industrial processing.
But most people do not live near a pristine spring.
The right choice depends on your location, tap water quality, storage, and more than enything: lifestyle and cellular hydration rituals.
Hydration is not just a number of litres per day. It is influenced by what you eat, how you move, how you rest, and how water is stored and handled. Come to one of our workshops and find out why!

Filters can be useful, but they can also be unnecessary or poorly matched and are usually not well maintained. The decision should be based on your water profile, hydration lifestyle and rituals, not marketing claims.
-
Neither is inherently “better.” They do different things. Activated Carbon filtration removes many contaminants while preserving minerals and is the most common filter media available for household solutions. Reverse osmosis removes more, including beneficial minerals. It requires energy and produces wastwater. The appropriate system depends on your water source, space and priorities.

Sometimes, but not automatically.
Bottled water varies significantly in mineral composition and sourcing. Some are high-quality natural mineral waters. Others are simply filtered tap water. The label transparency matters, and so does context and your choice. -
There is no single number that suits everyone. The goal is functional cellular hydration, not volume chasing. Come to one of our Myth-Busting Talks or the next Bottled Water Literacy Workshop and find out why!

No. The Hydration Studio provides independent, evidence-led decision support on water, cellular hydration and filtration. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
