WHY THE HYDRATION STUDIO EXISTS
Hydration was being treated
as a beverage problem.
It never was.
"The most frequent touchpoint in a guest's stay was also the least considered."
Claudia spent years researching water. What it contains, what it does, and why the conventional advice around it so rarely works. The questions people asked were reasonable: which filter, which water, how much. But underneath them she noticed something no product recommendation could resolve.
People were drinking more than ever. Spending more than ever. And still not feeling right. The frame was wrong. Hydration was being treated as a beverage problem. But cellular hydration is not a beverage metric. It is what touches your skin, what your water actually contains, where it comes from, how it interacts with the body across a full day and whether any of it was ever chosen with intention.
When she turned that lens on hospitality, the gap was stark. Hotels were investing seriously in wellness programming, nutrition, sleep, recovery. And leaving water entirely to infrastructure. The building's supply arrived in the guest's shower, their glass, their pool, their treatment room but unconsidered, undesigned.
The Hydration Studio exists to close that gap. To bring the same rigour to water that serious properties bring to every other element of the guest experience.
To design from source to cellular.
What we offer
01
Inpendence, always.
Every recommendation exists in the interest of the guest and the property.
02
Science, not theatre.
Water chemistry, filtration science, and cellular physiology are the foundation. The guest experience is designed from evidence upward, not from aesthetics down.
03
Felt, not performed.
The best hydration design is invisible. Guests feel something they cannot name, a quality of ease, a physical care, without being instructed about it. Water becomes part of the identity of the place.
